The Black Footballers Partnership has blamed English football that they do not want to play under the leadership of black coaches in the game. Moreover, said that Football Leadership Diversity Code has totally failed.

In 2020, The FLDC was introduced. After three years, BFP issued its report and said that there is no future for black footballers. Black Footballers can not coach and manage the players. In other words, they have no idea about coaching and management.

According to the new report, there is a low chance for black players to get senior positions.

According to the new report, only 10 professional clubs out of 92 are qualifying or meeting that criteria in England.

According to the repost and also shown in the picture that the numbers of black players are very low as per the white footballers. Black players have the quality to deliver their best challenging game and have a good plans.

BFP is looking forwad with the FA that it will deliver such a future in the football that will be on the fair and justic for all the black and white players.

In the month of February this year, the League announced a two-year update that shows its improvement and progress on that issue.
